Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We use Canada Post as our carrier. Each order is a single flat rate shipping price of $7.99 for regular parcel shipping and comes with a tracking number. Regular parcel shipping ($7.99) is waived with a qualifying minimum spend. Any form of expedited shipping is at the cost of the customer and will be outlined during the check-out process.
Orders will typically ship within 3 business days, or sooner. Delivery times will increase during holidays.
RETURNS
We offer a 14 day return policy if you are not happy with the product received. Please email us at hello@ourhometoyours.ca and we will arrange a return or exchange. Please note that the product must be in new, unused condition with labelling and packaging in tact.
If you product arrives damaged, please report the damage with a picture via email to hello@ourhometoyours.ca within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
